What We Didur strata cleaning team cleaned the car park glass doors streak-free, vacuumed the common walkways and corridors, and detail cleaned the plant room and machinery areas around the hot water units. The whole building was left clean, tidy and ready for residents and inspections.

ChallengeThe warehouse's shutter doors were covered in calcification, hard white and yellow mineral deposits that had built up on the slats over time. Normal washing won't remove it, and the longer it's left, the harder it gets to remove.

What We DidOur team treated the mineral build-up and worked it off the roller doors section by section. We used proper chemicals and a spray lance to rinse each slat clean. The dark patches and streaks are gone, and the doors now have a clean, even finish.
